About the Facilitators:

Ajay Viswanath

Ajay is a Leadership Coach to senior leaders across various organizations, helping them to harness their own potential, through deep self-work enabling them to have conscious impact on people and systems around them.
A Bharatanatyam dancer of the Mysore bani, Ajay has over 22 years’ experience designing and facilitating over 500 programs reaching over 12,000 participants. He has anchored interventions focused on Competency-based programs, Assessment Centers, Hi-performance Teams, and Change management for clients. He has co-designed and anchored Ramayana Exploration, a flagship offering of Ritambhara. Ajay has recently completed his Master of Arts in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University, Canada.
Deepening his studies in Yoga Sutra and Natyashastra, Ajay integrates artistic practices and body work in his approach to Leadership Coaching.

 

Sai Sambat

Sai Sambat is a servant of the Divine with an unwavering commitment to experiencing wholeness, in oneself and others. His psycho-spiritual evolution spans three decades.
He is a graduate in Production Engineering from NIT, Tiruchirappalli and has a Masters in HRM&OD from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
As a Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant,
he enables people and organisations to discover innate potential
and leverage it towards greater efficacy, excellence, harmony and outcomes. Currently, Sai Sambat serves as a Co-founder of
Institute of Indic Wisdom (IIW).
Under IIW’s Advisory & Consulting vertical, he has been providing strategic advisory, coaching and mentoring services to Pakka Limited. He also serves as a Founding Member of the United Council for
Ancient Wisdom (UCAW).

 

Master Classes by-

Prasad Kaipa

Prasad was introduced to Sanskrit and Vedic studies early in his childhood. He got a Ph. D. in Physics from IIT Madras (1983) and was an assistant professor in Univ. of Utah. Later Prasad was a technology advisor and a research fellow in Apple University. His research theme was ‘designing a learning processor that augments human intelligence’ and he interviewed many Nobel laureates and experts and led back to Indic wisdom.
Prasad taught in Saybrook University and Indian School of Business, in addition to coaching over 100 C-suite executives and entrepreneurs. He was on the boards of North South Foundation, Intellect Design Arena, Society of Org. Learning, International Leadership Association, Sanskrita Bharati (USA) and Yoga Bharathi. He is the Co-founder of Institute of Indic Wisdom. He has written three books on wisdom, Learning and specially abled entrepreneurs and they have been translated into half a dozen languages.

 

Raghu Ananthanarayanan

Raghu Ananthanarayanan is a direct disciple of Yogacharya Krishna-
maacharya and his son Shri TKV Desikachar and has spent more than a decade in deep study of the Yoga Shastras with them. He has also benefitted from a long association with J. Krishnamurti and Prof. Pulin K. Garg (IIM Ahmedabad). Raghu is also a post-Graduate in Engineering from IIT Madras (B Tech in Mech Eng- 1972; M S in Bio-Medical Eng 1983).
Raghu, has delved deeply into Yoga and Behavioural Sciences to develop a unique approach to personal unfolding and organizational transformation called “Citta Vidya”. “Citta Vidya” brings together his understanding of Antaranga Yoga, Human Processes, Theatre and Dance. He has applied this in organizations through a model called the “Tensegrity Mandala”. He has pioneered the use of traditional theatre and the Mahabharata in experiential learning, Leadership Development and Coaching. Raghu has devoted almost four decades to transforming organizational cultures across the spectrum from grass roots developmental organizations to modern industrial organizations.
Raghu has authored several books: Learning Through Yoga; Anataranga Yoga- The Foundation of Indian Psychology and The 5 Seats of Power, Learning Through Yoga, The Totally Aligned Organization, Leadership Dharma, Arjuna the Timeless Metaphor, Organizational Development and Alignment: The Tensegrity Mandala (as co-author with Gagandeep Singh). Raghu is engaged in designing an advanced leadership development and inner transformation based on Indic Wisdom. He is the Joint Director, Centre for Citta Vidya and Indian Psychology in collaboration with the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore.
